Southampton Football Academy

The Football Academy is a brand new 15 part docu-series for CBBC which follows the highs and lows of young footballers aged between 8 - 16 yrs, from the boys, girls and disability teams at one of the UK's top football institutions. Southampton's academy has turned out superstars such as Gareth Bale, Luke Shaw, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, and current Saints skipper James Ward-Prowse. In this series we follow the young stars of tomorrow who form part of this leading academy, and aspire to become future professional players.
