After his early career in San Francisco, Barrick moved to Los Angeles in 2001 and took up a position at William Morris Talent Agency where his passion for the entertainment industry grew. From William Morris he moved to an international format acquisitions job with Fox Television Studios in London in early 2004.  He took the job and the opportunity to really use his skills to excel in this arena while networking with the world’s television buyers and producers. 

In the middle of 2006 Barrick founded Netwerk Entertainment, an Entertainment Consulting Firm with clients that included Virgin Media Television, Fox International Channels, Fremantle Media, ITV and Granada International.  He became one of the most sought after International Entertainment consultants in Los Angeles with extensive knowledge and relationships in foreign markets and unparalleled networking abilities. 

Since 2008 Barrick has been EVP of Zig Zag USA based in Los Angeles.
